Ryan's diagnosis of juvenile arthritis at a young

Ryan's diagnosis of juvenile arthritis at a young age was a shock for someone who had always been active and enjoyed playing sports. However, he refused to let this hold him back. He was determined to return to his passion for working out and playing football.

With perseverance, Ryan not only played junior football in the CJFL but also pursued a successful career in finance while maintaining his focus on physical health. Ryan continues to inspire others by participating in half marathons with team Cassie and Friends, and most recently completed the Whistler Gran Fondo.

This month, Ryan will be sharing his story at our How to Gym with JA webinar. At this educational event, you will also have the chance to hear from field experts about modifications, techniques and more to make sure you or your child are working out safely with a pediatric rheumatic disease.
