Now Showing in Schools Everywhere: Juvenile Arthritis – the movie!
We took our LIVE in-school puppet show and turned it into a funny, upbeat 16-minute video to teach kids and teachers all about Juvenile Arthritis and how to be a good friend!
Arthritis at school – who understands?
Along with the pain and confusion that comes with a Juvenile Arthritis or other rheumatic disease diagnosis comes the daunting task of explaining the life-changing condition to your child, family, teachers and friends. That’s why we’ve created a brand new JIA Awareness video to help you on your journey and make sure your child gets the best support possible!
Now you can show the video in your own classroom and don’t forget to access our other helpful resources, including an online school toolkit, soon-to-launch Youth Talks for Teens and our live in-school Puppet Show – now touring in BC.

We’re thrilled to hear stories of the video now playing in classrooms across Canada! By raising JA awareness, we can all help affected kids gain more confidence at school through better communication with peers and teachers, and the chance to do all the things they love – even with a bit of help!
