We’re so excited to partner with Spinco to host a special Team Cassie + Friends Kick Off Charity Ride for kids impacted by juvenile arthritis and other rheumatic diseases. We hope you will join us on Friday, May 13th at 6:45 pm at Spinco Vancouver (154 West Hastings) for a fun, by-donation spin class with members of Team Cassie + Friends!

2022 marks 15 years of Team Cassie + Friends running for juvenile arthritis research and support programs for kids and families. For a suggestion minimum donation of $15 ($1 for each year we have been running for kids), we hope you will join us towards a pain-free future for kids!
